About Power Athletics
Forging elite athletes through world-class coaching and infrastructure.
Our Mission
Power Athletics exists to forge elite athletes by bringing great coaching and great business under one roof. We’re the parent company behind CrossFit 30004, Mora Athletics, and all our partner brands, which span baseball, softball, basketball, field sports, combatives, and physical therapists; just to name a few.
Our philosophy is simple: the best athlete development happens when coaching expertise and infrastructure are aligned. We provide world-class training space, a performance-driven culture, and a built-in community of competitive athletes from our partner brands. The result is a synergistic ecosystem where strength, speed, skill, resilience, and long-term health are all developed in one integrated campus.
When a coach or coaching company partners with Power Athletics, they’re not just renting turf or sharing a logo—they’re joining a framework designed to help them operate inside an established facility, tap into shared resources, and build long-term, mutually beneficial programs instead of one-off clinics. Our goal is to make it easier for elite coaches to do what they do best: coach, develop, and win, while we handle the environment, systems, and support structure that keep the business side healthy.
Power Athletics is built for busy families who want one destination where their athletes can get stronger, faster, more skilled, and better prepared for their sport—and for coaches who want their program to grow into a real brand without losing control of their craft.
Jonathan Edwards
Jonathan Edwards is the founder of Power Athletics and owner of CrossFit 30004, with more than a decade of experience building and operating performance-driven training businesses. He’s been an athlete his entire life, competing, training, and coaching across multiple sports before turning that passion into a full-time career as a coach and entrepreneur.
Before Power Athletics, Jonathan served in law enforcement, where he was shot in the line of duty—a turning point that sharpened his perspective on resilience, leadership, and what it means to protect and serve a community. That same mindset shows up in his work today: clear standards, calm under pressure, and a refusal to back away from hard things when people are counting on him.
Jonathan is a man of faith, conviction, and family. He is the father of three girls, fiancé to Caitlin, stepdad to Cason, and dog dad to Hank, and he is building Power Athletics to be the standard for how athletes and their families are served.
Hank
Hank is Jonathan and Caitlin’s American Bully and the unofficial “mayor” of Power Athletics. He greets athletes at the door, makes his rounds during training sessions, and has a knack for knowing exactly who needs a tail wag or a heavy head leaned against their leg after a tough workout. Hank is part of the culture here—a reminder that serious training and a family-style environment can absolutely live in the same place.
